On May 23, a demonstration of sushi cooking by Mr. Masumoto who is the cook at the Ambassadors residence was held in the Cultural and Information Centre.
After a lecture on preparing and cutting a raw fish and making “nigiri sushi”, the participants tried to make a “temaki sushi”. They enjoyed making their own sushi by changing the volume of rice or combination of ingredients.
