Japanese Embassy in Denmark held a Kimono-show event 21st February cooperating with Kimono-Club Denmark at J-popcon 2015, which is one of the biggest Japanese pop culture events in Denmark.
There were around 300 people in the audience with 200 seats in the hall. They listened to the presentation by Kimono-Club Denmark very eagerly. The audience are very familiar with Japanese pop cultures, but the topic about how to dress the Kimono, its history, the TPO(Time, Place and Occasion) for Kimonos and so on seemed to be very interesting for them.
The audience’s interest was so high that they took a lot of pictures of the models and Kimonos even after the show was over.
