We are increasingly witnessing the rising power of China today. Amid the changing
balance of power in East Asia and beyond, what role can Japan play? In this seminar, Prof. Dr. Toshihiro Minohara, the leading scholar on Japan's Foreign Policy from Kobe University will discuss the current Japanese foreign policy and its development and answer the questions from the panelists specialized in the topics as well as audiences interested in the topic. The seminar will be moderated by the former Ambassador to Japan/the next ambassador to India, Mr. Freddy Svane. Those who are interested in Japan, China, or International Politics in East Asia are highly encouraged to attend the seminar.
