Conferment of the Order on Mr. Svend Hvass

On 10 April 2018, Ambassador Toshiro Suzuki hosted at his residence the conferment ceremony in honour of Mr. Svend Hvass, who was awarded with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. Mr. Svend Hvass, a researcher on the Ise Jingu Shrine and the Chairman of Denmark Japan Society, was awarded for his contributions in the promotion of architectural and cultural exchanges between Japan and Denmark.
