Conferment of the Order on Professor Ole Mouritsen

On 15 May 2018, Ambassador Toshiro Suzuki hosted at his residence the conferment ceremony in honour of Professor Ole Mouritsen, who was awarded with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon. Professor Ole Mouritsen, a professor of gastrophysics at the University of Copenhagen and a Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador 2016, was awarded for his contributions in the research, introduction and promotion of the Japanese food culture in and out of Denmark.
