Speech by Mr. Koizumi Shinjiro, Minister of Environment of Japan at COP25

In the 25th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 25) held in Spain, Mr. Koizumi Shinjiro, Minister of Environment of Japan, gave a speech “Japan is taking concrete actions towards decarbonization and delivering the results. We are fully committed and Japan will deliver”.
