On 11 September, Mr. and Mrs. MIYAGAWA Manabu, Ambassador of Japan to Denmark and a cultural diplomat of the Embassy were invited to the opening of Yuko Takada Keller’s exhibition Floating Universe at Hillerød Library.
Ms. Yuko Takada Keller has participated in various exhibitions all over the world and introduced Japanese culture and concepts where paper, space and the invisible play an important role. In Japanese, it can be depicted in the spirit of “Ka chou fu getsu (花鳥風月)”, meaning literally “flower, bird, wind and moon”.
The beautiful works are exhibited above your heads through 70 meters’ corridor, reflecting changing weather and light of the sun. Floating Universe will continue until 6 November. Seeing is believing. You would enjoy Yuko Takada Keller’s masterpieces in your own way, feeling four seasons, imagining the invisible and heeling yourself.
The exhibition has received Nominal Support from the Embassy of Japan in Denmark as well as support from the TOYOTA FONDEN.
