Meeting between Ambassador Uyama and H.E. Ms. Mette Kierkgaard. Minister for Senior Citizens

On November 21, Ambassador UYAMA Hideki visited the Ministry of Social Affairs, Housing, and Senior Citizens and had a meeting with H.E. Ms. Mette Kierkgaard, Minister for Senior Citizens. They shared the view on common challenges of the aging society which both Japan and Denmark are facing and exchanged views on the welfare policies of the two countries as well as potential of cooperation.
