Conferment of Decoration on Mr. Tadao Chiba

On 3 July 2019, Ambassador Toshiro Suzuki hosted at his residence the conferment ceremony in honour of Mr. Tadao Chiba, who was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays.
Mr. Tadao Chiba, the founder of the Nordfyns Folk High-School, was honoured for his contributions to the development of social welfare in Japan and Denmark and the promotion of relations between the two countries.
