The application documents should be submitted to the International Office of the applicants current university.
Applications have to arrive at the Danish Agency for Higher Education (Styrelsen for Videregående Uddannelser) by 20 February (Monday), 2017.

Written examinations (Japanese and English) as well as interviews are scheduled on 9 March (Thursday) 2017 at the Embassy of Japan of Japan in Denmark.
Details will be informed to the individual applicants.
For your information, the applicant should list the top 3 priorities of universities he/she would like to be enrolled in. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT) will conduct the second screening in Tokyo and decide, with taking consideration of the wishes of the applicant who pass the second screening, the university which he/she will be enrolled. If the MEXT will not be able to find the university which is willing to accept the candidate, that applicant will not be a recipient of this scholarship program. Details are described in the above-mentioned guideline.
